Leasing for our spaces is coming, but you can register now to stay updated. Spaces range from 50 sqm to 700 sqm, each with unique features—including double-height options—perfect for a variety of creative and business needs.

The Summer Residency is for creatives, researchers, and entrepreneurs pushing new ideas forward. It's a space for collaboration, exploration, and meaningful exchange—where concepts take shape through dialogue, critique, and hands-on experimentation.
Two cohorts: 1st July– 30th August & 15th September– 15th November.
Each resident receive a dedicated container space at MiZa, plus access to resources, talks, and gatherings. Whether you're refining an early-stage idea or testing a prototype, the program culminates in a final output that reflects your process.
Past residents: Mina Creamery, Mamarlab, and Spencer Shea.

MIZA Radio Residency
A year-long residency for someone passionate about shaping MIZA Radio. The selected resident keeps our AV systems running, curates performers and live streams, and ensures music and sound play a key role in our events.
Beyond MiZa, they may curate public programs for external partners, from major cultural events to private commissions. Residents also get priority to develop their own programming and pitch it to MiZa.
