About the Event:

The hosts will be taking a retrospective outlook on their platform, discussing how and why they started Khosh Bosh, the development of their art careers in parallel, and life as curators of thought and conversations in the UAE. As the conversation unfolds, our guests will be delving into interviewing and conversationing as an intellectual and artistic practice, exploring its implications on their individual approaches to the arts and personal philosophies overall. As we instigate a conversation on how interviews feed into the collective psyche and community ecosystem, audience members will be invited to ask about the arts industry in the UAE and ways of integrating once graduating. This talk will be live-streamed on the MiZa Radio YouTube Channel for online guests, and an audio version will be shared across the Khosh Bosh platforms.

About the Host:

Khosh Bosh with Anita and Sarah sits down with creatives in the UAE to hear their narrative about who they are, where they came from, what they do, and where they’re going. Coming from backgrounds in art curation, both Sarah and Anita are dedicated to passing the mic and amplifying the voices of those who they feel have something to say. As curators they do so by putting work up on walls, but in an alternative vein they do so by passing them the microphone and giving them a platform like Khosh Bosh on which to share their voices.
