At this Talk of the Neighbourhood, we will explore stories about family and enterprise from multiple perspectives, exploring the intersections between generations and the impact on creative confidence.

There is wealth of knowledge in generational connection that keep us close to our community.  Knowing you come from a culture of creativity can become a source of confidence and encourage an authentic expression of inventiveness.

Stories passed down from parents and grandparents about their achievements can shift gears for young individuals going into industry for the first time. Working side by side with the people we love instils strong roots into the business and strengthens the core values of how it is built.

What happens when we go into business or an industry knowing we stand on our community's shoulders?

Dialogue, knowledge, and experience are traded between generations, especially family.
